Avoiding Accidents On South Florida’s I-95

Interstate 95 in the Ft. Lauderdale area of south Florida might be one of the most dangerous stretches of road in the country. There are crazy turn-offs, risks of plane crashes, car fires, and even shootings. Recently, the Sun Sentinel did a pictorial piece on the history of the dangers of Interstate 95, showing just how awful this stretch of road can be. Some of the craziest images involved downed planes on the Interstate and accidents caused by shootings. Many of the images involved trucks and trailers, which cause some of the worst accidents on the road, and plenty of them showed images of traffic backed up for miles as drivers waited to get through an accident site.

If you or a family member has been in an accident on this stretch of Interstate in south Florida, you might be wondering just what you can do to get the money you need to repair your car or take care of medical claims. Filing a claim with an insurance company isn’t always easy. Many times, insurance companies will do everything they can to withhold payment from you, making your life more difficult than necessary. Often times, companies will dispute what your insurance policy actually covers or who caused the accident in question in order to put off or get out of paying you for medical bills and auto repairs.

A good auto accident attorney will help you navigate the process of getting the money you need form your insurance company or the company of the person who caused the accident. Whether you need to simply get through the paperwork your company is asking you to file or to actually take the insurance company to court, an attorney can help you meet your needs and get the money you deserve.
