Arrest Made In Connection With Fatal Auto-Bicycle Accident In Palm Beach County Last August

An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal auto-bicycle accident that occurred last August in Wellington, according to WPTV. According to the arrest report, Carolyn Siegmeister was driving a Lincoln SUV in Palm Beach County when she struck bicyclist Arnaldo Velez, causing him fatal injuries. Her recent arrest is coupled with charges of manslaughter, driving under the influence (of Xanax, Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, and potentially alcohol) and violating a driver’s license restriction.
