The Hazards Of I-95 And Broward Boulevard

Isn’t it interesting how small things can cause such big problems? I-95 is, in general, a pretty hazardous interstate to drive. It’s crowded most of the time, and other drivers can make getting home safely an issue of utmost concern. Little things about the road make it even more hazardous, as well.

One of these little hazards is at I-95 and Broward Boulevard. Right now, that area is under minor construction. When you get onto the bridge, you may notice a significant bump because the road and the bridge aren’t level with one another. For a driver who knows this is coming, it’s not an issue. A surprised driver may swerve or jerk on the wheel and cause a more serious problem, though.

Even though this bump isn’t huge and isn’t going to put your car in a ditch, it could cause some major problems. According to the Sun Sentinel, this problem will be fixed soon. Even though it’s going to be fixed, though, there will always be some small hazards out there making the roads you use on a daily basis more dangerous.

This is why it’s important to look out when you’re driving for any and every possible hazard. If you’re like most drivers, you try your best to stay alert and look around when driving. Sometimes, though, there’s nothing you can do about an accident.

In cases like these when an accident isn’t your fault, the other driver’s insurance company is supposed to pay for your damages. This, though, doesn’t always happen. This is why you need a good auto accident attorney when you’re in a not-at-fault accident. Such an attorney can help you get medical coverage and even replace your car, even if the insurance company of the at-fault driver is balking at paying claims.
