Teenager Ejected In Crash After Hitting A Palm Beach County Detective

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office reported that a teenager was critically injured following a head on collision at Palmetto Park Road and Mizner Way near Boca Raton. Sabrine Charif, 18, of Boca Raton was identified in an accident report as the driver of a red, 1988 Buick Reatta.  She was traveling eastbound on Palmetto Park Road when she lost control of her vehicle and crossed over the median.

Joseph Greco, 46, of West Palm Beach is a detective for Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office. He was injured when Charif’s car drove into the path of his 2008 Chevy Impala that was traveling westbound on Palmetto Park Road.

Upon impact, Charif was ejected from her car and later airlifted to Delray Medical Center where she was listed in critical condition.  Greco was taken to West Boca Medical Center by ambulance and listed in stable condition.

The Law Office of David Benenfeld would like to wish Sabrine Charif and Joseph Greco a speedy recovery.
