Possible Street Racers Kill Two Pedestrians Visiting Fort Lauderdale

Police say that they received a phone call around 2:30 a.m. shortly before the vehicle-pedestrian accident from an eyewitness who saw two sports cars racing on State Road A1A. A second witness said he saw the cars speed away south of Las Olas Boulevard, and reports say that the Porsche left the roadway and jumped onto the sidewalk only seconds later.
