Jim Leyritz Sued for Wrongful Death

A lawsuit has been filed in Broward County Court by the family of Fredia Ann Veitch, against Jim Leyritz.
Leyritz, a former New York Yankee, has pled not guilty to felony manslaughter charges following the Dec. 28, 2007 crash in Ft. Lauderdale.
