Vehicle Strikes Bicycle in West Palm Beach, Bicyclist Tragically Killed

An early morning auto accident in West Palm Beach ended tragically when a bicyclist was killed after being struck by a car, according to WPTV.  The bike rider was reportedly trying to cross Military Trail around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, November 8, when a vehicle crashed into the bicycle near Cresthaven.  According to the report, the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.  The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office was still investigating the hit-and-run accident at the time of the report.
