Palm Beach County Deputy Injured in Wellington Accident

A Palm Beach County deputy was injured in a three-vehicle accident in Wellington, according to the Palm Beach Post.  The deputy was reportedly assisting a driver with a disable vehicle when a man rear-ended her patrol car.  Upon impact, the patrol car crashed into the disabled vehicle, knocking the deputy to the ground.  Two others were injured in the Palm Beach County accident, as well, and the driver of the vehicle that slammed into the patrol car was arrested.

Since the officer was on-duty at the time of the crash, she may be able to file a workers' compensation claim.  If you would like more information about workers' comp., auto accidents, or any other personal injury case, feel free to contact attorney David Benenfeld at any of the numbers below.
