West Palm Beach Rollover Accident Traps Two in Vehicle, Sends Them to Hospital

A rollover accident on the Beeline Hwy. near the Florida Turnpike in West Palm Beach trapped two people inside a vehicle before they were transported to the hospital for treatment, according to WPTV.  Police from West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County responded to the scene of the auto accident, which occurred Sunday, November 29.

Man in Critical Condition at Broward General Medical Center After Hit by Driver Who Fled the Accident Scene

After a tragic vehicle-pedestrian accident involving a hit-and-run driver, the 62-year-old victim was in critical condition at Broward General Medical Center at the time of the report, according to the Sun Sentinel.  The man was reportedly crossing West Sunrise Blvd. the evening of November 25 when he was hit by a Dodge Neon.  The driver of the Neon fled the scene after the tragic accident.

Broward Deputy & Another Passenger Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash

An auto accident on Atlantic Blvd. Tuesday, November 24, involved a Broward Sheriff's deputy and injured at least one other person, according to the Sun Sentinel.  The deputy was reportedly trapped in his patrol car after the three-vehicle car accident, which occurred when an SUV crashed into the patrol car as its lights and siren were activated.  Upon impact, the police cruiser crashed into a BMW.  The injured BMW passenger and the deputy were transported to local medical centers for treatment.

15-20 Injured in Car-Bus Collision at Ft. Lauderdale International Airport | Broward County Auto Accident Attorney

A two-vehicle accident at the Ft. Lauderdale International Airport yesterday, November 19, injured between 15 and 20 bus passengers, according to the Orlando Sentinel.  The Broward County Sheriff's Office Fire-Rescue department responded to the scene of the Ft. Lauderdale auto accident, which occurred in front of terminal four shortly before 1:00 p.m. when a car and rental car bus collided.  Further details had not yet been released at the time of the report.

Pedestrian Flown to Broward General Medical Center After Struck in Weston

A pedestrian required transportation via helicopter to Ft. Lauderdale's Broward General Medical Center after being struck by a vehicle in Weston, according to the Sun Sentinel.  The Broward Sheriff's Office was still investigating the Broward County accident at the time of the report, but it was known that the crash occurred Sunday, November 15, at the intersection of Harbor Ct. and Saddle Club Rd. around 5:45 p.m.

Pedestrian Collision in West Palm Beach Wasn't the First at the Intersection, Say Neighbors

A teenager was listed in critical but stable condition at Delray Medical Center after being struck by a vehicle when crossing an intersection on foot, according to WPTV.  The 14-year-old was reportedly crossing the intersection of Kudza Rd. and Forest Hill Blvd. in West Palm Beach when the SUV crashed into him, and neighbors reported that this incident is not the first vehicle-pedestrian collision at the intersection.  The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office was still investigating the accident at the time of the report.

Woman Suffers Asthma Attack After West Palm Beach Accident Near Trump International Golf Club

An auto accident near near the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach sent at least one person to the hospital, according to WPTV.  The accident occurred the morning of November 11 when an SUV and car collided, which caused the car to crash into a tree.  The driver of the SUV reportedly suffered an asthma attack after the car accident.

North Miami Beach Hosts Tearful but Happy Reunion Between Motorcyclist and the Firefighters Who Saved His Life

After 16 years on the job, Miami-Dade firefighter Ricky Rodriguez has only seen something like this one other time:  a visit at the station from a man whose life he helped save.  In a tragic auto accident with a truck on July 4, Rafael Rios was thrown from his motorcycle (along with his 15-year-old cousin), which put him in a coma for three days and in the hospital for nearly a month.  Thanks to Ricky Rodriguez and other paramedics in North Miami Beach, who arrived on the scene within three minutes, Rios and his cousin survived the serious crash.  This Wednesday, Rios visited Fire Station 31 to thank them personally for saving his and his cousin's lives.  The reunion was a happy but tearful one.

Police Investigate Possible DUI Driver After Van Strikes Bus in Ft. Lauderdale | Broward County Accident Attorney

Three people received transportation to the hospital for injuries yesterday morning, October 30, after a Broward County accident between and van and a transit bus in Ft. Lauderdale, according to the Sun Sentinel.  Police were still investigating the accident at the time of the report, specifically to determine if the driver of the van was driving under the influence at the time of the collisiion.  According to Ft. Lauderdale police, the van struck a Broward County Transit bus from behind when the bus was stopped for passengers on West Commercial Blvd.  Following the Ft. Lauderdale auto accident, two bus passengers and one van passenger required transportation to Holy Cross Hospital.

Ft. Lauderdale Resident Seriously Injured in Broward County Car Accident

A Fort Lauderdale resident was seriously injured in an auto accident yesterday, October 30, according to the Sun Sentinel.  Authorities reported that the 8:00 a.m. car accident occurred on Davie Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale when one car hit the side mirror of another vehicle to its right, causing the first car to veer off the roadway and strike a tree.  The driver was trapped in his vehicle, but was helped out by rescue workers and transported to Broward General Medical Center for the treatment of serious injuries.

High School Student Suffers Broken Bones & Cracked Skull After Hit in West Palm Beach Vehicle-Pedestrian Accident

A high school student required transportation by ambulance to a local hospital after suffering two broken leg bones and a cracked skull in a West Palm Beach vehicle-pedestrian accident, according to ABC's WPBF 25 news website.  The accident occurred Tuesday, October 20, on Congress Avenue before 7:00 a.m., and the driver told police that it was too dark outside for him to see the teen, who is a student at Palm Beach Lakes Community High School.  Following the Palm Beach County auto accident, police cited the driver for driving with expired tags and failing to have insurance, and the injured teen was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center for treatment.

At Least 12 Injured in Palm Beach County Rollover Crash on I-95

A rollover crash on I-95 (Interstate 95) in Palm Beach County resulted in injury for at least 12 people yesterday, October 25, according to WPTV.  According to the report, the Jupiter auto accident occurred on I-95 South at the Martin County-Palm Beach County line and sent passengers and drivers to local hospitals with injuries.  Most of the injuries have been reported as minor, according to the news site.

Car Crashes into Bicycle in Miami Beach, Sending the Bicyclist to the Hospital With Injuries

A car-bicycle accident in Miami Beach yesterday, October 25, sent one to the hospital with injuries, according to the CBS 4 news website.  According to Miami Beach police, a car crashed into a bicyclist at the intersection of 85th St. and Byron Ave., injuring the bicycle rider, who was transported to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Vehicle Damage Causes Scare When SUV Strikes Fence in West Palm Beach

An overnight auto accident in West Palm Beach damaged a vehicle carrying four occupants, according to WPTV.  According to the report, the Palm Beach County car accident occurred October 24th when an SUV crashed into a chain-link fence on Australian Ave. near Roosevelt Middle school.  Upon impact, part of the fence went through the front windshield of the SUV and out a rear window.  Although no serious injuries were reported in the crash, the damage was enough to cause a scare.

Four Taken to Delray Medical Center After Palm Beach County Car Accident on Lantana Rd.

A Palm Beach County car accident injured four on the early morning of October 22, sending them to hospitals for treatment, according to the Sun Sentinel.  The auto accident occurred on Lantana Rd. around 6:38 a.m. when a westbound car ran a red light and crashed into a car that was navigating a turn onto I-95's northbound ramp.  According to the report, the three occupants of the westbound vehicle and the one occupant of the other car required transportation to Delray Medical Center for crash-related injuries.

West Palm Beach Rollover Accident Under Investigation

A rollover accident that occurred in West Palm Beach is still under investigation, according to WPTV.  The Palm Beach County accident involved a car and pickup truck and took place shortly before 4:00 a.m. on October 18.  The condition of those involved in the crash was unknown at the time of the report, but it was believed that children may have been in at least one of the vehicles.
