Ft. Lauderdale Auto Accident Kills Pedestrian in Broward County

A Ft. Lauderdale car-pedestrian accident resulted in fatality for a 71-year-old woman, according to the Sun Sentinel online.  Pedestrian Judith Testa was reportedly crossing a street in metro Ft. Lauderdale when a vehicle attempted to make a left turn and struck her.  According to the article, the driver of the vehicle was driving on a suspended license at the time of the Broward County accident, but no charges had been filed at the time of the report.

As a wrongful death lawyer in metro Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas, David Benenfeld is familiar with the indescribable pain and suffering experienced after the loss of a loved one in an accident, and he expresses his deepest condolences to the family and friends of the victim in this incident.  Although nothing can compensate for the tragic death of a loved one, certain measures can be taken to help those who are mourning in their recovery.  To find out more information about how Injury Law Service can help you, feel free to contact David Benenfeld online or at any of the following numbers.
