Driver of Fatal Fourth of July Pedestrian Accident to be Charged With DUI Manslaughter | Ft. Lauderdale Wrongful Death Lawyer

We recently posted a blog about a fatal pedestrian accident in Lauderhill, FL, on the Fourth of July.  According to the Sun-Sentinel, driver Quinton Lamar Jackson will be charged with DUI manslaughter for the tragic incident.  Jackson told police that he had been drinking vodka prior to the accident, but toxicology results have not yet been released.  According to the article, 52-year-old Carlton Davidson, died at Ft. Lauderdale's Broward General Medical Center from injuries related to the Broward County car-pedestrian accident, which occurred when he was trying to cross Northwest 31st Ave. around 11:00 p.m.
