The driver of a white car fled the scene of a fatal accident between the car and a bicyclist in West Palm Beach Sunday, November 8, according to the Sun Sentinel. The crash reportedly occurred when the car, which was traveling north in the center lane of Military Trail, struck the ride side of the bicycle rider.
