Broward County Car Accident Kills Lauderhill Pedestrian Near the Swap Shop | Fatal Accident & Wrongful Death Lawyer

A man from Lauderhill, FL, in Broward County was killed in a recent car accident near the Swap Shop, according to the CBS 4 website and the Sun-Sentinel.  According to reports, the fatal accident occurred about ten minutes before 11:00 p.m. Saturday, July 4, when Carlton Davidson, 52, attempted to cross NW 31st on foot and was struck by a Chevrolet Monte Carlo.  Davidson died shortly after at Broward General Medical Center.  According to the Sun-Sentinel, the driver stopped after the accident, and police do not expect any charges to be filed.
