Injury Law Service website about a

Despite the fact that the deputy's charges were dropped, it is important to know that one can be charged with DUI for driving under the influence of certain prescription drugs. If you have been injured in a
car accident that was caused by a driver who was impaired by a prescription drug, feel free to
contact David Benenfeld with your most important questions, and he will answer them for free at no obligation to you.
