Eight people required transportation to hospitals Monday, July 27, after a
two-car accident in
Plantation, FL, according to the
Sun-Sentinel. The
Broward County auto accident reportedly occurred when an eastbound vehicle attempted a left turn onto West Sunrise Blvd. and crashed into an eastbound car around 2:00 p.m. Two of the victims, both women, sustained serious injuries in the crash but are expected to recover, say local police. All others involved in the
car accident, including an infant, sustained only minor injuries.
A tragic
car accident in
Plantation, Florida, turned fatal when two teenagers were killed after crashing into a brick sign, according to the
WPTV news site. Another teenager survived the
Broward County car accident, but required surgery at
Broward General Medical Center. According to the report, the
fatal accident occurred on Sunrise Blvd. shortly after 8:00 p.m. when the speeding car collided with the sign.
