What Happens When Multiple Victims Sustain Injuries in a Florida Auto Accident? Example from Apopka Crash

Accidents involving multiple victims can be complicated for victims wishing to file a claim for compensation.  A two-car auto accident in Apopka, Florida, for example, sent six people to the hospital with injuries Sunday morning, according to Sara K. Clarke of the Orlando Sentinel online.  The Orange County Fire Rescue Department reported that the accident occurred at the corner of Hass Road and Plymouth Sorrento Road and brought authorities to the scene just after 11:00 a.m.  At least one of the vehicles overturned in the crash, with at least one person trapped inside.  Although two of the injured were treated at the accident scene and released, six were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.  The Florida Highway Patrol is still investigating the auto accident.
