An 11-year-old girl was transported to a local hospital after being hit by a car in Davie, FL, early yesterday morning, October 13, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.  In the Broward County vehicle-pedestrian accident, which occurred a little before 8:00 a.m. as the girl was walking near the intersection of Southwest Seventh Ct. and Southwest 133rd Ave., the 11-year-old girl reportedly sustained a minor hand injury.

At Injury Law Service, we are glad the girl is not seriously hurt and hope for the fast recovery of her hand.  As an advocate for injured children and adults who have been hurt in car or pedestrian accidents, David Benenfeld has represented auto accident victims with hand injuries and other injuries, ranging from moderate to severe, for over a decade.  If you have questions for an experienced and compassionate auto accident lawyer in the metro Ft.
